I will never stop loving the expectations/reality sequence in (500) Days of Summer.
Honestly, one of my favorite things in cinema ever is this scene.

I actually really want to watch (500) Days of Summer again.
I actually really really really love that movie.
Say what you want about how “indie” or “hipster” or whatever bullshit you come up with about Zooey, I still love it. The script is amazing and its structure is so unique in the fact that it tests out so many different modes of how it tells the story.
So I think I am going to watch it again tonight and put Tree of Life on hold for a bit.
Zooey is perfect. Love this movie.
